GP Strategy Evening

The room softened as the evening opened — a gathering of GPs, nurse practitioners, and clinical leads, pulled together around the quiet question of how primary care might hold its ground against the pressure of the next decade.

Conversation drifted from rostering and recruitment to the small daily things that wear teams thin. It was the kind of evening that does its best work in the margins — two colleagues comparing notes over coffee, a registrar finding a mentor across the room, a director realising someone else was carrying the same worry.

We're grateful to everyone who made the night what it was. These evenings aren't about answers so much as reminding ourselves that the work is shared.
